6:00 - 9:00 P.M. SESSION ONE: Ritual & Ceremony, Sacred Sisterhood, Embodied Expression

Warm Welcome & Introductions.

This weekend is about seeing and being seen. Listening and feeling heard. Giving and receiving. We will begin our journey together by offering warm welcomes all around and evoking our intentions with our voices.

Cacao Ceremony guided by Stevie Goggans. 

Cacao ceremony has been practiced for thousands of years by some of the indigenous tribes in Central and South America. When having to make a big decision for the tribe, the elders would first drink Cacao together in ceremony and then with open hearts, make a decision. It’s Latin name: Theo-broma translates to “food of the gods”. These tribes believed that cacao was/is a gift from the divine.

Yoga Nidra & Qoya guided by Jessica Durivage.

Yoga nidra is the gift of deep rest, nourishment and a deep welcome back into the body. Qoya is the idea the through movement, we remember. We remember that our essence, as women, is wise, wild and free. Qoya weaves yoga, dance, feminine movement and sharing into a deeply meaningful experience.

7:30 - 8:30 A.M. - YOGA CLASS: Embodied Expression

Forrest Yoga guided by Jo Ducey.

Based on the style taught by Ana Forrest, this session highlights the four pillars of Breath, Strength, Integrity and Spirit through a grounding practice that nourishes deep into the cell tissue and leaves a feeling of connection and peaceful empowerment. Class incorporates a unique vinyasa style with longer held poses and specific breathwork, as well as an emphasis on working from the strong physical and spiritual core of the body, relaxing the neck and supporting low back and shoulder opening. A deeply feeling, often juicy, healing practice for all levels, even someone new to yoga. 

9:00 - 11:00 A.M. -  SESSION TWO: Wild Creativity

Play, Myth and Desire: Sand Tray with Caroline Brock

Sand tray is a creative, play-based modality that gives voice to deep, subconscious desires, dynamics and wounds. In this morning’s session, you’ll delve into your goals for 2019, unearthing your deep desires and owning your role as a powerful and conscious creator. As you creatively explore your relationship between desires and barriers such as fear, distraction and self-sabotage, you’ll gain the ability to move forward with more passion and grace. In this session we’ll play with these themes--leaving you feeling focused, energized and fully empowered to step into 2019.

11:15 - 1:15 P.M - SESSION THREE: Embodied Expression

Dance With Me: Ballroom Dance Therapy guided by Anastiasia.

Rumba is a dance of love, passion and harmony. Dancing rumba would help you open millions of shades of emotions which we all hiding inside. Dancing Rumba will give you butterflies and desire to hug the whole world. Learn and love yourself through movement. And we promise, EVERYONE can dance!

1:15 - 2:15 P.M. - LUNCH on your own

2:15 - 4:15 P.M. - SESSION FOUR: Leading from Wholeness

“Telling Our Story, Having Our Say” guided  by Reverend Cheryl Moore Adamson, M.Div.

Nobody else can tell your story. Nobody else defines who you are. Unless you allow them. In this session, “Telling Our Story, Having Our Say,” you will reclaim your ability to understand yourself, the context from which you came, and accept the response-ability to operate with your God-given power in the space that is now yours.  Read more here

4:30 - 6:00 P.M. SESSION FIVE: The Art of Rest

Yoga Nidra and Bhakti guided by Jessica Durivage and Stevie Goggans.

Held safe in the awareness of yoga nidra and welcome, you will be guided on a journey into deep rest soaring on songs of pure devotion.

Sacred Activism: The Tension Between Danger and Opportunity guided by Amanda Masterpaul.

This session will explore creative theatrical expression as a means of channeling and freeing our feminine activist voice and spirit. We will begin by noticing and challenging our internalized "cops in the head" which may deter us from speaking up, calling out, rising up or joining alongside. From there, we will move into our call to action by re-imagining our struggles through a lens of creativity, sacred activism, opportunity and liberation. 

11:30 - 1:30 P.M. SESSION SEVEN: Ritual & Ceremony, Sacred Sisterhood, Leading from Wholeness

Ensouled and Whole in the World: Evoke Guides.

How do we carry the gifts of our life in a way that supports our own ways of being, and into our relationships, communities and the planet? A panel presentation by your guides and roundtable sharing with the circle as we close the container in a beautiful ceremony.
